Leman Russ Mjalnar Sword (3D Print Model)

This is a fully detailed, high-resolution 3D model of the Leman Russ Mjalnar Sword, designed specifically for 3D printing and physical prop assembly.
The model has been engineered for strength, clean assembly, and accurate proportions, making it ideal for display builds, cosplay props, or workshop showcases.

All parts are optimized for FDM or resin printing and are split logically to balance print size, detail retention, and post-processing efficiency.

⚠️ IMPORTANT – PART ORIENTATION & ASSEMBLY

Part orientation is critical for proper assembly.

• Each segment of the sword has a specific rotational orientation that must be maintained during assembly.
• Rotating or flipping parts incorrectly will result in:
• Misaligned details
• Improper fit
• Incorrect blade profile or handle geometry
• Dry-fit all parts before final bonding to confirm alignment.
• Do not mirror or arbitrarily rotate parts unless you fully understand the assembly order and internal structure.

This model was designed as a keyed, directional build, and following the intended orientation is required for the sword to assemble correctly and maintain structural integrity.

Internal Support / Hardware Requirement

This build is designed around a solid internal steel core for strength and rigidity.

Required Hardware:

• 1/2" x 48" x 1/2" Steel Square Tube
  (Used as the central structural support running through the sword)

Recommended source (Canada):
1/2" x 48" x 1/2" Steel Square Tube (Home Depot Canada)

However, I have also included printable support beam alternative. Print 6 of them.
Please note: using the printable supports will not make this sword as durable or strong. Swinging it too hard will most likely result in it snapping in half unless you use a steel beam.
